So far, there seem to have been about 10 misprinted copies of the softback. Here's how we're dealing with it.
Just got off the phone with Angela Hooper, who has been managing this issue.
1) If your copy is screwed up, emailing her directly (ahooper at lulu dot com) is faster than going through the front door of customer service. The customer service people through Lulu.com's site have to deal with every problem. She's working on this particular problem.
2) Please cc: me if you contact her (gregstolze at comcast.net) because I'm following this problem too, of course.
3) She will send you your money back. I know: You don't want the money back, you want the book. It's a pain. But wait for #4.
4) If you send me the money you got back for your SOFTCOVER, I will send you a HARDCOVER, and I'll take care of the postage. I can't get you a book fast, but I can get you a book nice, and at a wee bit of a price break as my way of saying "Whoops!"
